U have 2 edit the Kernel parameters via U.S.B. debugging mode using Nautilus in ur P.C.,which would rather b a huge task...4 which I recommend u 2 use Android SDK for the purpose...
as it's a rooted phone u won't be having trouble editing the prop files ....
just chance it 2 default values
mount ur sytem root files in the sdk explorer
and edit the build.prop file
add a new line like,
ro.sf.lcd_density=147
& leave @least a single blank line...
save & exit the file..
disconnect & reboot...
& if u find this a lot 2 bug around
just hard reset ur phone using key combinations ,which u can look up online for ur model,
but all ur installed apps'll b gone...
which in that case u need not worry about if u have backup....
