i just got the yellow ring on my ps3!!! now im trying to fix it and i saw this video [video=youtube;UAWX519sqh0]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAWX519sqh0[/video] i didnt got what he did on 1:33 can some one explain where he put the hair drier? its really important please help

that video confused me, but if he put it anywhere it would be the back fan I'm guessing.

OT: the yellow light normally means that the PS3 is and has either overheated or melted onto the actual motherboard (worst case scenario, if that happens you're f*cked) but try take the cables out for awhile and after a min put them back in.

whatever it was it would be bad, using a hair-dryer like that would cause problems to your ps3, in any case did what I tell you fix it?
