So I wanna make a bio.
Can my character be anyone? or does it have to be someone from Naruto?
Also, if i make a bio, who do I submit it to to have it approved?

Annnddd where do I find the Bio template?

It can be anyone from Naruto, but you have to have a certian amount of posts and training for an elite Uchiha. Also there are some restricted people like Obito/Tobi and Madara.

It can be anyone from any anime but someone can't already have them or they cant be too OP.
