Im on my phone so forgive any spelling errors.

I just spilled tea on my MacBook pro keyboard. the amount of tea was probably equal to 1/8 of a shot glass. i have the laptop off and it turned upside down with the screen open. What else should i do? hoe would i know if it was ok to use?

Turn it on, I doubt it would blow up or anything. But since you're so cautious you could always take a few steps back.

Get some anti static wipes and compressed air. If you have the know how to disassemble your macbook, then start there to make sure the internal circuitry is cleaned. If you don't have the know how, then wipe the key board with the anti static wipes and use canned compressed air all over that thing.
