Okay so I'm about to be 18 and I'm planning on getting a Naruto tattoo. Now I know what you're all going to say 'Don't get one cause in a few years you won't like Naruto anymore.' I want to say that it's not only because of the show, I'm getting it for a more personal thing because it'll remind me of something. I don't want something too big that would be hard to cover up but I don't want something too small either. I'm really thinking of putting it on my shoulder-blade. Thanks!

Think of your favorite character and if anything represents it. Like the guy said, Uchiha crest if you like any of the Uchiha characters, or like even Senju seal.
Or maybe a favorite village sign?
Also, keep in mind where you want the tattoo in correspondence to your clothing, e.g., if you want it exposed or not.
Never had a tattoo, just using common sense. Lol.

Shoulder blade or chest is a great place for a tattoo, well chest if your a guy, not sure how many girls like tattoo's on there chests, I know my girlfriend said she would never do that.

Another good place is your calf, I have a small phrase tattoo'd on my calf regarding my dad, so I know it's always there and because it's personal not everyone has to see it all the time.
