This may be abit vague, but I saw a signature the had writing like "NARUTO", but in "NARUTO" there were pictures inside each letter. Any help of how to do that?​

I know WordArt can do that, and it's pretty easy with PS I think.

With photoshop/gimp you can use clipping masks to let images appear within letters

You must be registered for see images

Then its just photoshop. Its pretty easy. Create your letter cutouts. Set your photo layer on the bottom, and set them in such a way that the photos can be seen through the letter cutouts.
