i need someones help. I got naruto ultimate ninja storm generations but it always gets stuck on the loading screen of sakura and chiyo vs sasori and then i went and got the disc replaced with another one and it still gets stuck at the same place.

If it is ps3.
turn off the bottom from behind of your consol
then turn it on and it will probably play.
Or try to do an update of your consol from settings/options

it didn't work and there is nothing to update
