[PS3] help with trophies

hi guys , i have just encountered a problem with trophies on my ps3

"""""""""""" i was playing COD:GHOSTS when the electricity ( a.k.a power ) went off , but it came back in like 5 min and i started playing again , but it went of again , it came back after an hour or so , this time while the system restore process was going on my ps3 hanged so i pulled the powercord and put it back again , the ps3 displayed that i needed to format and i did so ( before i hit ok it propted that all information on the system storage would be deleted ) ,

after the formatting and system restore all my trophes were gone fromm offline viewing so i signed into the psn and when i hit trophies i expected it to sync to the server and display trophy information stored on the server but instead it displays error and some code

so i have a few questions

1 - the error code is it a problem specific to ps3 system and server or is it because of my internet connection ?

2 - will i be able to restore trophy information on to the system thus enabling me to check trophy details even when im not signed into the psn ?

Wow bro I've never heard of this problem. Might want to check the ps forums.
