help with signiture settings

i need help changing the settings for my signiture cause i want a gif and it wont let me. help?

upload it to your abums
copy the link
then insert it
in the image icon then it should work
if it doesn't work then the gif is to large
meaning mb kb wise not size

When i got to signiture settings it says

can make signiture a gif:NO

how do i change that? :shrug:
