no its not that at all...
the wording of the original question confused some people and they clicked the wrong one they wanted... so id suggest a new pole this time worded

should the new jutsus be allowed ?

o yes as kekkei genkai
o yes but limited moves per battle
o No

the 3 yes options would help u decide which type it should be but when deciding yes or no they are categorised like this...

although 5 is the biggest number 2+4+1 is higher... they are just split up to help u decide how they should work... btw i even know a site with all the plasma jutsus and stuff on if u want to see... they havent just sprung up overnight.

and u shouldnt really be able to stop magnetic jutsu because it already appears in the original anime before the timeskip to shippuden... how can u be wanting to stop these jutsus being put in but be thinking about putting bleach moves in

I cant remake the poll since the thread would have to be closed and all those who posted there opinons here would be lost if its deleted.Sorry I can always remkae this thread but then ppl would get confused as to which one is the right one and not notice the locked thread sign.

i know that i just think some peoples votes have gone to waste because they have got confused from the wording... because one persons votes if used wrong can basically be like 2 because if it was like this...

no 1

depending on the vote if they voted yes by mistake it would take 2 votes to correct that error... but if they voted no they would be tied rather than 3-1

i realise the only way to do this again would be to start a new thread
if u want i could start one give it a new title and i could write it out that way?

also do you want to see the site with all those jutsus? (i dont think grass is on)
