Help with Gimp

Okay, I have a question for gimp I need some help with. Is there any way to save the image how it looks when its zoomed out? y'know, lets say you zoom out a bit and it kinda looks better, is there a way to save the image like that and the actual image looks like that

To my knowledge, no. You could make a new file that is the size percentage you want and put the image in there if you'd like though ~_~.
