i dont really have any form to pay for this (accept that i can give u a +rep for your help!)
I dont think it would take that long or anything,
basically i would like this image
(its a PNG of Hinata)
i was wondering if someone with some experience (as i have little with photoshop) - could clean the image up a lot, make it more defined, add some more shadow, - just generally make it a smoother look -
and then if they could add a background with a dark purple and black (like a good looking bg with those colours) - with some lighting effects (i know theres some effect with spiralling lights?)
Then make it fit an avatar dimensions??
