Help with an avatar! Please :)

Hey guys!
Firstly, sorry, i didn't know in which section to put this thread. If it's wrong, tell me and i'll move it.

Onto the subject, i want to set a gif as my avatar. How do i do this? Note that all avas i resize, i resize them in windows paint, because it's easier, but when i want to save the gif, the transparecy's gonna be lost, of course. And the ava needs to be resized, but i can do that. So, how do i set a gif as my avatar? I don't think it's possible with windows paint, but if you know other way, please tell me

One does not simply resize avatars in MS Paint and make gifs.

I don't make gifs, want to learn, i just resize when i'm in need of new avatars...U_U

Try re-sizing the gif. on Resizepic.com and then try setting it as your avatar..
