Wash and moisturize your face daily. If that doesnt work, use some ice over the red spot. It should help to calm it down a bit

Keep applying mud mask on just the acne, not the whole face. They will go away. If you don't have mud mask available use disprin. Make paste of it with some drops of water and apply it when ever you can on the acne.
