O.K., I want to color the upper half of that picture (The biggest panel) But, I just want to color that panel... how do i get rid of the panel at the bottom? Please, anyone help.

um...im not good at photoshop...but wen i took the class at skool, the picture i watched someone edit was eraced by using the ERACE CIRCLE...thats not wat the thing is called but like wen u draw summin, you can also erace it...so try to get the pic up at photoshot, and color it and then try to erace it. if that works...then do that to the bottom....and ur good...sorry if u dont get me or if it dont work

just go to crop tool and crop it...

Just crop it or erase the bottom half, only been on PS for a month but thats how I do it

What you could do is use the "rectangular marquee tool" to select the part you want to keep. Then go to Image and then crop. It will take out the parts you didn't select.

The other people said that as well, but when I started I didn't understand what they said, but I understood the way I just said.
