help uploading pls

i tryed to upload a sig i made on paint.NET but it failed

first i tryed here in NB then i tryed to upload on tinypic... but seemed to be getting the same problem, has something to do with the file type im fairly sure, how can i fix this please?

change the file type then, easy enough right? : )
when you saving it:
"save as" and choose format or if it doesnt work like that in your program then save as and name it "yoursigname.jpg"
