It sounds like you're getting some "amazing offers on free whale wallpapers". Would I be correct?

Try running an anti-virus to begin with (I suggest AVG since it's effective, free and isn't retarded like Norton) and run a full computer scan. Can you give more detail in the meantime?

No no. not that shit.. I mean shortcut folders are automatically made in the drive, Like i insert a clean pendrive. it'll make some lame ass shortcut folders like "My Videos", "My Pictures" and other random shit. I delete them, they'll re appear when i access the same folder someother time.
I ran the anti virus scan many times. Though im using Norton >.>'

Example, like this one...
You must be registered for see images

you see all those shortcuts, thats what im talking about t.t

I've never seen this before, and I don't believe that it's anything to do with a virus however that does not necessarily mean that there is a virus on your machine, so you should check for it anyway.

Does this happen on any other computers with the same flash drive, and does it instantly come back right after you delete it or does it take some time (or a certain task(s))?

im certain the same thing will happen if i insert my drive in any other computer. Moreover, i got this thing in my system from a drive only.
Also in my C drive all the folders have a shortcut folder of the same name inside it. like , therez a folder named ag. Now when i open this folder, a shortcut folder named ag will be there in it.
i guess it takes some time for these shortcut to re appear after deleting .

Okay download malwarebytes anti malware( run it, it will detect any malware.

Also for rootkit scanning download TDSS rootkit cleaner( ), In change parameters option select Loaded modules and Verify digital sigs and run it.(it might require a restart)

These 2 will solve malware/rootkit problems, see if they work first.

Your laptop is infected with a malware. Those short cut creating malawares usually come from net cafes, college lab computers. Check if your anitvirus shield is active or not.

Control Panel -> programs and software, and try uninstalling any programs that you dont remember installing.

I had this annoying piece of shit called allgenius a while back, kept coming back and popping ads all over Chrome

Pay for an antivirus program like Kaspersky >_> you will be much better off that way.

OR

If you have genuine windows then try the Microsoft security essentials.
