[Help] Signiture Picture Problems

Ok, so I'm having trouble with my Signiture pic. Whenever I post it on my file, when I go to post a thread the Signiture pic just appears as a white box. How can I fix this?

having said that you post this in the wrong section, or you can just ask the Mods directly about your issue...

Well, I know there is a section dedicated to it but I figured since Naruto Discussion is the most posted section I assumed more would be able to help me, if you catch my drift.
