one thing i use when im low on money and want some good art supplies is hobby lobby, they always run a 40% off an item coupon ( can only get one but you can bring a friend and do it 2x lol just have em ring it up seperate) it dont matter if its 100$ item youll get 40$ off, you can pull it up on your phone even and just show it to them..just fyi :)

Thanx for the advice... But its not a money problem... Its kinda a country thing.

I just kinda want advice on how to shade better without any special tools

ok what you can do is, take a piece of paper and roll it up such that it makes a point. Make sure its fairly rigid. Take the pointed end and use it like a pencil to shade things. Its pretty much a home made tortillion stick

It's really difficult to give advice without actually seeing the drawing first, I mean, what would be actually good for it.

I'd just draw really, really thin lines to the shade parts. And by thin I mean thin as hell. And don't smudge it.
