[Question] Help, plz

When I customize my pprofile and put in an image background it just reverts back to was it was before. Are only premium members allowed to have an image as a background or something? I need help, PLZ

When you change it, do you scroll to the bottom or at the top and click "Make Changes" or something along those lines?

No everybody can customize their profile.
Make sure to press submit and save after you change your customizations.

I DO do all those things then the background comes but when i leave my profile the background disappears

Try to use an HD image or something. I don't use backgrounds, I like things plain and simple.

The image file is not supported, I could try to cut it for you, and isn't the image a bit too small to be suited as your profile background. If you do so, the image will copy itself to fit your background, if this is what you want.
