It is called a signature you can change it in user CP

it is called signature, on the top left you can see USER CP, click it, then, Edit Signature

You can customize it to suit your wants. Just press edit signature which is found somewhere in your profile

You have to upload the pic you want to put in your signature first in an album , then go to UserCP , edit signature , and click on open image , then enter the Url of the image and you're done xd
