help please!!!!

so i want to change my profile picture but i'm having a problem everytime i choose a picture it says "upload file failed" and i tried all different sizes but it doesn't work ,did anyone have this problem before, any suggestions?

Go to tinypic.com and upload there, then copy and take it here

Maybe it's too big, or a wrong kind of file type? what pic are you trying to upload?

Profile picture do you mean for really in your profile or an avatar (those pictures we see in threads under our name)

Check the file type and size. Is it bigger than the limit set by NB? Also you can upload it in your album and then copy paste the BB code for it.

Hmmmmm weird. What file format is the picture (pgn/jpeg etc) the size of it (...pixels by ..... pixels) and also how big is it ..... kb

Wait a day and try it again I would say, had the same problem and the day later it worked again.
