Help Please

My friend wanted to join NarutoBase so I let him create an account on my computer, his user name is Kage Phoenix (he's obsessed with Phoenixs)..so anyway he signed up and got the activation email, so his account is activated but it won't let him put up an avatar, post, or view his profile. Whenever he tries it says his account is in the moderation queue .. so I was wondering if this has happened to anybody before and if so can you tell me what he suppose to do to get his account working

Something must of went wrong with his activation. Just send a VM or a PM to Nexus or Zise about this. They should fix it for your friend.

Np, though may I ask when did he make the account? Was it today? If so have him wait 24 hours before sending a vm or pm. The account might fully activate by then, but if its already been more then 24 hours then you should go ahead and tell Nexus or Zise about this problem.

It will be reviewed by one of the Admins. Something about the e-mail or IP address caused it to be flagged and the account put on "hold." One of the Admins will review accounts put on hold when they have the chance and will either accept the account or deny it. Basically, it's a security feature to prevent bot/spam/advertising accounts.

Sending a VM/PM might help them get to the account faster.
