to add a sig you have to up-lode a pic to your album then copy the bb code, go to user cp (top left of the page), find edit sig, and past it there

for avatar you can up-lode the pic from you computer by go to user cp (top left of the page), find edit avatar

there are many free gfx shops that do good work if you give them a high quality render or stock
