I don't know how i got premium but thank you!

I also have a question about this.
I switched the language to english but still didn't get the option to choose the U.S. Any suggestions?

In Reference to the language issue,

When you first go to the paid subscriptions and select the one you want to order, it will ask you to make the payment using Paypal. Once you click Paypal, it will take you to this screen:

As you can see, I have an arrow pointing to "Land." This is equivalent to "Nation, Country, etc..."

Scroll down until you see this:

You must be registered for see images

Click on that one and it will convert everything to the United States/American English.

Then why didn't you answer the person's question? Either way you do it, it gets the job done. I'm sure there is yet another way also, but all that matters is that the question is resolved (regarding the language issue). Translating the page doesn't solve it, you must select the correct country or modify the link to give you the correct country.
