Help Needed!

Yo! I've been ghosting this site for a while and I've seen some pretty awesome artists so I have one question for ya'll. How the hell do you guys manage to get the anatomy correctly?
I'm a pretty decent artist myself but anatomy always stymies me when it comes to drawing characters. I could use some help with it. Anyone know any helpful sites or such?
Also, sites to help with my lacking Photoshop skills would also be appreciated.

Most of the time, the gfx'ers here don't draw people from scratch. They use renders.

As far as the people who physically draw characters, it's all about practice, practice, practice. Consider taking an art course or buy an art model for reference:
