[PC] Help needed with Crysis 3!!!

Well, my friend is right at the end of Crysis 3 PC version and he's been fighting the Ceph Alpha for some time now but that F***er doesn't seem to be hurted in any way...what da' hell must he do to beat that Boss? He's been running all around ans wasting every damn human & alien ammo, but nothing yet...full Boss life bar. If any of you could help us on that, thanx in advance.

lol atleast u r able to play the game,even with good rigs i can't due to lag,freeze or stutter.
anyways update the game to latest version 1.3 and then play.do make a backup of ur saves.
