Help me with vista ..

i hav vista ultimate ...

my windows media player isn;t playing DVD formats right ..

i am downlaoding power DVD 9 from torrent ..

I DONT LIKE BUYING ...

i dont know if it will word .. coz when i bought DVD rom i got power DVD 5 with it ..

its not compitable with vista ...

i am frustrated ..

plus .. i want to install photoshop CS4

i hav 2 dvd's containing it ..

both of them are not working ..

i am downlkaiding it from TORRENT also .. i dont know whether it will work ..

so any1 can help me ... PLZZZ ..

Try the latest version of VLC media player,it should work as it works for most media formats.As for PS ive had someone asking me the same question earlier you can download it but it tends to be the 30 day trial.You need to either find someone with a pass key to unlock it fully or get one via torrent.

There you can download CCCP, which is a large pack with codecs, and a combination of either Zoom player or MPC (Media Player Classic). This will play pretty much everything with low memory usage.

VLC is known to have subtitle issues with .mkv files (most anime from fansubbers is offered as .mkv due to it's capabilities of containing high quality h264 video streams).

^ what he said about the Vlc media player. It simply plays everything and is free.

What do you mean by those 2 DVD's with Cs4 not working? You pc simply doesnt recognize them, or they dont want to install?

If you have either a 32bit or 64bit system, you'll need the 32bit codec pack.

If you're running a 64bit system, use the 64bit codec pack AFTER you install the 32bit.

64bit users need both.
