Help me with some Village development

Alright I need help organizing my village and some good ideas as of what more can we do with this villageso here's some of my ideas

village name: Village hidden in the Heavens
Where: up high in the sky
Info: this village helps train a chosen few on how to use their weapons/armor which takes life's energy and how to control them

Alright from that point on I'm lost but post some of your ideas and with a little help this village could be awesome
