Do you think this has something to do with sasuke incounter with Orochimaru and Juggo adding his dna inside him?

Makeing him immune or undetectable to the God Tree?

No it wasn't right in front of sasuke
Also see where jugo asks "if it stopped yet?"
That's basically making it seem as though sasuke was avoiding the branches then got to a reasonable distance
Then the shinju stopped its onslaught

..... so sasuke evaded the branches?

it looks to me that the branches were right in front of sasuke+juggo, if you look at it you can see the branches still attached to the dead ninja.. so how you say it wasnt doesnt make any sense

It's really unexplainable. It could have to do with the distance, as Naruto and Minato were right in front of Obito when it happened because they just launched a combined attack, whereas Sasuke was farther back observing the battle.

Hence why I said it was largely unexplainable Lol. I was giving possible reason as to why it happened, but it can't really be explained as it isn't really that clear.
