Now...are you trapped in the genjutsu the moment the light touches you or do you have see/look at it to be affected?

Im asking this because shouldn't dsm kabuto just have to shield his eyes to avoid it?

I could imagine asking someone to knock you out just to avoid the Light, but you both end up in the Infinite Tsukuyomi. Ha! ​

NO, If it was on contact then Team 7 would be effected while in Susanoo because the susanoo only suppressed the light bvecause if his Susanboo really did block the light then it would be 100% pitch black inside of susanoo. Also Mugen Tsukuyomi when translated literally means "Infinite Eye Of The Moon" Suggesting this tech to be EYE or Visual based as ALL other variants of Tsukuyomi are. Also this means Kabuto, Bee, and Shino should not be effected.
