Kaguya's story is flawed top to bottom.
Juubi jin=Host+shinju+kaguya yet Harogomo, madara, and obito remained and referred to themselves as "juubi jin" without having either kaguya or the tree.
Shinju uses chakra to make the fruit yet Harogomo is supposedly the person who spread chakra.
Animals get caught in I.T. for their chakra despite Harogomo never sharing or being hinted at sharing his chakra with animals.
Kaguya is not considered a "juubi jin" despite hosting the shinju.
Kaguya put ppl in infinite Tsukuyomi despite them not having chakra.
Etc etc.
It's best not to think about it.
