S rank shisui is raping me. He's to fast and when I get close he uses his special and I can't avoid it. And I can't escape his barrage of attacks. Even his regular combos are raping me and iI can't win in the prelims.

He didn't even use his green susano :/

Try out all the characters until you get a feel for the game and whats best for your playstyle. Practice. Practice makes perfect. Learn chakara dashing and subbing, you'll lose a match if you don't have those down. Know when to use moves.
