These couple kanji are confusing the hell outta me/ What are they?:

The Light Green symbol attached to Wind
The Light Yellow symbol attached to Lightning
The Dark Blue symbol attached to Water

Say the color with the Elements please

wather + wind are the Ice, for sure, the really light blue. And there is something else too: the kanjis mean the elements.
If you meant that its no sure. It is If you meant something else, then I didnt say anythign haha

Swift - 迅
Magnet - 磁
And Ice is at the very top - 氷

Found them using a kanji reader (LUCKY ME!!!!)
The Light Green (空) attached to Wind is Air
The Dark Blue (泡) attached to Water is Bubble
The Light Yellow (電) attached to Lightning is Electricity

No acutaly ice takes wind and water chakra nature its on naruto shippuden tv episode 54-56. i double checked.

Google Image search "Naruto Elements" I'm trying to learn more about em and I'm pratically trying to teach myself how to write(correctly, right strokes not just draw em) and read Kanji
