Well Kaido is so strong that he took trying to commit suicide as a hobby.... but i doubt it is Luufy's big battle so not all his forces will be involved
Maybe his crew, Law's, Samurai, Minks, Marco and those three Hawkins, Kid and Apoo (i would think they have a fight to settle if they were not wiped out or forced to join Kaido's forces)
