BEING IN THE SAME TIER DOES NOT MEAN THEY ARE EQUAL. IT MEANS THEIR POWER IS AROUND THE SAME LEVEL.

Absolute tier: Whis and Vados
God tier: Champa, Beerus , Monaka, Red SSGod Goku (series), SSGSS Vegita, SSGSS Goku, Golden frieza, Hypothetical ss3 vegito
Almost god tier: Red SSGSS Goku (movie) , Absorbed god power SS1, SS2 and SS3 Goku (and Vegita 1 and 2, tho he can probably go ss3 now), SS Vegito
Considerable gap
Tier 4: Buu (gohan absorbed), Buu (gotenks absorbed), (Don't touch my bulma!) SS2 Vegita, Base vegito, Final form Frost
Tier 5: Definitive Gohan, Ultra Buu (just by hype), Base Goku and Base Vegeta (After god absorption), Assault form frost, Final form frieza (after training)
Tier 6: Super Buu, SS3 gotenks, SS3 Goku, Kid Buu
Tier 7 Original Fat Buu, Pure evil Buu,
Tier 8 M Vegita, SS2 Vegita, Fat Buu after separation, SS2 Goku, First form frieza (after training), First form Frost, SS2 Gohan, Dabura, Perfect Cell

Why do i believe SSgod Goku (series) > SSgod Goku (movie) ?:
In the movie, Goku only forced a little portion of beerus power, and only forced him to his 80% after absorbing the god's power. While in the series, Goku was absolutely on par with beerus, and kept up with him going all out. After the battle, Beerus never mentioned anything about using just 80% of his power or something like that, while in the movie, he did. There was clearly a huge difference between the fight in the movie and in the series.
After the movie, Toriyama explained: Whis is a 15, Beerus is a 10 and SSGod Goku is a 6
While in the SUPER script, he obviously made goku a lot stronger than that
