Ok, this has been slowly killing me inside so I thought I'd get some help. >_>
When Jiraiya was teaching Naruto the Rasengan, he first used it on a man in a suit, the man claimed to be one of the 12 something something. He was a ninja from Iwagakure, but when I checked to see a list of Iwagakure ninjas on Narutopedia, it wouldn't let me.
So, someone help me find him please ,_,
This was before Naruto started his balloon training thing, because, Jiraiya only bought the balloons as this man went flying into the man selling them and Jiraiaya was kinda forced to buy the balloons.
It's late and I'm hungry, please answer me. o_o'
