help me crop this pic...

i want the entire middle panel cropped out. crop in the sense, each panel in the center(16 panels); y'know punching, kicking stuff. and i dont want some half-assed crop. i want the crop to be the exact size and nothing more. i tried cropping it but i didnt get the exact results. of course you will get a rep for each try. and if you have any questions just ask me.
