As for the rank I'm gonna assume you're referring to the emblem below the village emblem? If so, that's directly attributed to your post count. The more posts you have, the higher your rank.

To RP,you need a bio.To make a bio you need to have at least 50 posts (Gennin) and if you want to have a chance in someone training you,you must at least reach the rank jounin to actually learn something useful.
