Usually the problem is caused by a driver mismatch, I suggest a fresh OS install to get rid of the problem as sometimes opening certain applications can cause the PC to BSOD. Now try running a memtest to see if it's not a RAM issues, most BSOD are hardware and driver related problems, it can be software too. Try booting into safe mode, run Command promote and type "sfc /scannow" to repair any broken disk files, my best suggestion is to attempt a fresh OS install as usually the process to solve and pinpoint the BSOD is quite aggravating and time consuming, if you have a lot of data on your root drive, you can try various things like, updating your drivers, or try system restore, or either removing any programs that you think might be the cause of the BSOD, any programs you installed after getting frequent BSOD, you might want to remove those just to make sure.
