Help finding song!

So, the first part of this new song from 'Snoop lion' sounds a lot like (or is the same) as the part of a song which name I can't remeber. I only remember a low, sad male voice singing after the piano intro. I really want to listen to this song again so please help me NB! >.< (I also heard a part that sounded a lot like 'Clint Eastwood' from Gorillaz, but I can't find any references to these songs in the discription.)

Thanks for the help, but the song is pretty old and has nothing to do with recent dramatic events. Something similar too James Morisson, but a lot lower voice.
