HELP - can't merge partitions

As the title says, I've tried to merge two partitions in Disk Management but for some reason it can't detect my unallocated space & I even tried other third party software's such as [ AOMEI ].

I also searched for online help and even that failed miserably.

I was trying to do the same didn't work for me either.

It's better to just reinstall windows though.

Well if u can't work it out reinstall windows and everything from beginning

Right click on the unallocated space and click new volume. Then I guess the space would be accessible.

See, if re-installing windows works because as far as I can see that part of your drive is corrupt now.
