help anyone who plays battlefield 4 or hardline beta

hi guys i'm trying to use a new emblem its pretty cool its a SAS emblem but everytime i click save and use the loading animation starts to click in and out of my screen and it goes on forever, you know that bar that goes up and down which represents the loading process, in hardline its a spining globe, it will come in and will never stop

can anyone help? thanks
