Help after I root my LGP769

so after many times of trying and figuring out how to root... i FINALLY did it... then I downloaded this 3d graphics or something to my android phone... then I booted it.. NOW I cant open my phone.. it always stock on LG icon like when you open your phone and theres a brand before you can use it... so please if you know sh*t help me.

Before rooting or flashing ROM always keep a copy of the factory ROM and that KDZ software..So if shit gets ****ed up you can recover
