[Question] Hellsing

So all I've seen from this show are some gifs in peoples sigs but it looks pretty cool. I'm planning on starting it so I just want to hear some opinions.

Also I'm pretty sure there is more than 1 version so I'm wondering which version is the best and where I should start.
