hellsing or hellsing ultimate ?

well its that time of the year when i start a new anime/manga so i stumbled across hellsing, one of my friends said hellsing was better and another of my friends said hellsing ultimate is better, im confused can someone answer which one is better to watch and what are the pros and cons of both of them?

I've watched both Hellsing and Hellsing Ultimate... Ultimate was better.

Ultimate, story is more interesting, the music is a lot better and as a person who doesn't really care for animation quality this sh!t really blew my mind
