Hells training application thread

For the people who keep asking to be trained in anything other than the basic 5 you should probably go back and look through the thread. Hells was told by Gobi that he can only teach the basic 5, and Hells has posted it a few times that he can't teach Nin or Gen or anything else besides the 5.
