*Can only be used 3 times
*Can only be used if both the user and the enemy are standing on water

okay, 1st one. Explain the strengths/weaknesses/application/combos etc.

• Brief description of how I perform the technique; Saikyo first begins by gathering his raiton chakra, and releasing it into the air. He then uses chakra manipulation to transform te raiton chakra into needels in which he throws at your clone, having it's right hand temporarily disabled.
• How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); :snick: The opponent wouldn't be able to use any jutsu require handseals as one of his hands are unable to move.
• Limitations of the technique; dunno t's long range which makes it more awesome to me XD
• How to counter the technique; Plot no jutsu.

alright I'll do everything I didn't explain the first time xD

weeknesses:
It's kinda a needle.. Shouldn't be all that hard to dodge. only one I could think of
strengths: It's long range. on top of being able to stun the opponent if you know the human body perfectly (medical nin) you could possible hit a pressure point temporarily disabling the opponents entire body.. (haku Lol) It's made completely out of lightning zSo I'd imagine it'd go straight through doton jutsu.

combos.

Maybe could be used with shadow shuriken jutsu to throw 1000 of them at your opponent Lol can




oh yah a major weakness fo this jutsu is it's size.. a simple wind jutsu could blow it away because its relatively small.

That's good enough. Though you can't use it with shadow shuriken to make multiple copies.

Weaknesses:
Well if the opponent isn't on the water it doesn't work.
only usable from long range.
even though it disables you opponent's water walking abilities it still leaves you open for attacks from below.

Strengths:
It disables your opponent's water walking abilites.
using jutsu like five feeding sharks etc.. could basically screw your opponent over.
If you move from on the water your opponent is kinda hella lot vulnerable to raijutsu.

A Combo:
Maybe after using this you could jump into the air and use chidori sharp spear the send the eletrical chakra into the water electrifying it, shocking your opponent who's under the water.

As stated above maybe if you use Five feeding sharks before hand and have them remain underwater, they could just wait till the opponent falls through and then tear him to shreads.

I'm fighting cursed prince in suna with nothing but Ningentaijutsu and Katon and Futon we're more or less even I think I'd win if I used the other elements XD
