Custom Element's Jutsus
Here is where u have to post the jutsus you came up with for your custom element in order to get them validated.
Rules:
You can have only 12 jutsus
Of course no overpowered jutsus
You have to follow the standard jutsu template which you can find here
I have every right to deny any move I wish without true explanation. Reasons for this is because some techniques do not reach a certain criteria that I feel should be accepted. Please do not complain, please do not argue, just take it as it is and please move on by creating something else. Most Customs however will state a reason why a technique or custom will not be accepted.
Please, have just one post here, that you keep editing, and adding new jutsus into, if you can't edit it anymore, you can always ask me to edit it for you
