Go to your control panel [User CP]. Scroll down left. Select "edit profile picture".

Make sure you follow the limitations regarding size.

Welcome to NB, have fun.

For picture on your profile,

Click User CP (Its on the top left of the page under the home button)
Look on left hand side of user cp, it will be the last option under "your profile"
Click edit profile picture.
